A major food producer is recalling a number of frozen breakfast products due to possible listeria contamination.
Illinois-based TreeHouse Foods is recalling several brands of frozen toaster waffles, Belgian waffles and pancake products, due to the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, according to a press release.
The New York Post reports the approximately 200 newly recalled breakfast items are sold at major supermarkets including Albertson’s, Aldi, Kroger, Publix, Target, Trader Joe’s, Walmart and Wegmans.
The recalled brands include Best Choice, Krusteaz, Good & Gather, Better Goods, and Food Lion.

According to the press release, there have been no confirmed reports of illness linked to the recalled products to date. Anyone concerned about an illness should contact a healthcare provider.
Consumers should check their freezers for any of the products listed above and dispose of them or return the recalled product to the place of purchase for credit.
